Wet Spray is a special effects product that allows you to achieve, well, a wet look! It instantly gels and creates vibration-resistant, bubble-free water, dew, ice and perspiration effects. It's non-toxic and can be sprayed on skin, hair, clothing, sets and foam creatures. Best of all, it washes off with plain water.

Note: Wet Spray is water-based with glycerin added to inhibit drying.
