The Reel Hair Silver Palette is another way to go to lighten or streak dark hair. Some artists prefer the more opaque colours, such as the Reel Hair Lite Palette shades, while other artists prefer a more reflective colour. Both of these palette may also be mixed to get the best of both worlds. Activate with recommended activator or 99% Alcohol.
